• provided a Competitive Benchmarking Study, including Technology Review, for 58 Chlorine and Caustic sites in Europe.
• Assessed an EU-based cracker/refinery where two partners were in dispute about the allocation of site costs and the value of product streams. Marketing and business models were developed for major industry players. The study covered Europe and N Africa.
• Reviewed the business of six business units for the purpose of restructuring a major BDO and aromatics  intermediates player. A rescue plan is the on-going part of the project.
• process costs and plant technology assessments on DMC (dimethyl carbonate), by trading marketing and business information in addition to its cost model. The worldwide study was completed using several process experts focusing on DMC's potential to replace or supplement MTBE and chlorine in polycarbonate and polyurethane resin
• assisted a major EU producer of ACN (acrylonitrile ) obtain competitive advantage by updating our standard ACN Cost Model and developing information on market and management levers with its competitors
• an assessment on IPA plants, including the "cost to serve" different markets, and innovative business models for the purpose of a strategy and positioning report. The study for a major industry player, covered Europe and Asia (including China)
• "experience curves", process costs and plant technology assessments on EO/MEG, by trading marketing and business information in addition to its cost model. The worldwide study was completed using several process experts.
• a Caprolactam plant process assessment, marketing and business support for the purpose of the industry report in a due diligence. The study was completed in a very short time frame.
• a cracker plant benchmarking assessment; support for the purpose of the industry report in due diligence. The study was used to renegotiate contract with an on-site refinery.
• on BDO using three different process routes. Business information in addition to the cost model was also reviewed.
